Baycourt Community and Arts Centre

Baycourt Community and Arts Centre is the premier performing arts facility in Tauranga. It is managed by Tauranga City Council and is extensively used by local, regional, national and international performances, conferences and exhibitions. Baycourt Centennial Theatre is Tauranga's most widely used theatre.

The pioneering, architecturally designed venue was opened in 1983 to serve the cultural, social and commercial needs of the rapidly expanding city. The facilities and services have grown to include many national and international clients for theatre shows, exhibitions, conferences, dinners and cocktail functions.

With three prominent spaces, the Centennial Theatre, the Exhibition Space and the Terrace Rooms, Baycourt is designed to suit every event.

Baycourt has a 4 star Qualmark rating and is a member of EVANZ (Entertainment Venues Association of New Zealand).
