The TSB Bowl of Brooklands is a unique venue comprising an impressive outdoor sound stage and a large grass amphitheatre set against the backdrop of New Plymouth’s Pukekura Park. The bowl is a spectacular venue for summer concerts and when night comes, visitors and performers are spellbound as the lighting on the stage and surrounding trees takes effect.

 

Completed in March 2010, the TSB Hub is Taranaki’s premier sports, recreation, events and function centre.  Built at a cost of just over $20.7 million, the multi-focused complex brings modern indoor and outdoor facilities together on one site -located on Hicks Park between Waihi Rd and Camberwell Rd in Hawera.


Truly multi-purpose the TSB Bank Arena is equally comfortable as an indoor-sports arena, rock concert venue, public trade-show facility or hosting large gala-dinners. The TSB Showplace in New Plymouth, Taranaki, is the region’s main theatre and conference venue. The complex has the flexibility to cater for intimate dinners for six through to large international touring productions and conferences requiring a capacity of close to 1,000.


The McLean Park complex comprises an indoor stadium - the Rodney Green Centennial Event Centre - with an international standard outdoor sportsground and stands.  The park's predominant uses are rugby and cricket at international and provincial levels. Other events held on the park have included pipe band contests, displays and marching competitions.


TSB Stadium is a multi-purpose events centre that can cater for a diverse range of events including sports, shows and concerts, exhibitions and trade shows, dinners, conventions and community events.


Baycourt Community and Arts Centre is the premier performing arts facility in Tauranga. It is managed by Tauranga City Council and is extensively used by local, regional, national and international performances, conferences and exhibitions. Baycourt Centennial Theatre is Tauranga's most widely used theatre.

The Edgar Centre is a multi purpose venue capable of hosting a large variety of events including sports events, concerts, dinners, exhibitions, conventions and conferences


Set amongst 34 hectares of beautiful parkland and a short 10 minute walk from Hamilton’s CBD, Claudelands is a unique one-site, multi-zoned events facility.  Incorporating a 6000-capacity arena and a four-star conference and exhibition centre, Claudelands can cater for a range of conferences, functions and events.


The Buller District Council constructed a brand new purpose built recreation and events centre which opened in February 2009.  It is centrally located in Westport, the centre has been designed as the recreation, sporting and eventing hub.

Host to many of the best acts to play in Auckland, the 700 seat SKYCITY Theatre features state of the art technology in staging and cinema facilities - perfect for local and international events.


When the Regent Theatre opened on 4 July 1930 it was described as “The Theatre Beautiful”, and that it was creating “an entirely new standard of entertainment.”  With the re-opening as the Regent on Broadway in 1 May 1998 that description could still stand.  Today, as a 1393 seat venue, the Regent on Broadway can still claim to be one of New Zealand’s finest performing arts facilities, indeed one of the top four in the country.


Artistic experiences that transport people out of the everyday, that’s what we do.  Our two flexi-form performance spaces create entirely contrasting experiences. Rangatira is an aspirational and challenging auditorium, its name reflecting the energy of the room and our specific locale in Aotearoa. Loft is an intimate multi-use performance area, with a touch of poetic license.


The Plaza is South Waikato's premium performing arts centre. We are available to hire for small and large events. Catering, advertising and ticketing services (including Eftpos) are all available.   Our newly renovated proscenium arch theatre features a 9-bar fly tower, ample parking, full wheelchair access, excellent dressing rooms/studio with kitchen facilities, gas heating, retractable seats to reveal large floor, and the best acoustics you’ve heard in years! 


As a world class venue, Vector Arena can accommodate over 12,000 people, and, as New Zealand’s largest premier multi-purpose, indoor, all weather arena, Vector Arena is home to a diverse range of entertainment & sporting events.  Vector Arena is proudly funded and developed by Auckland City Council under the management of QPAM Ltd, and has set a new standard for the type of events staged in New Zealand.

The Raye Freedman Arts Centre is an modern, architecturally designed performing arts complex centrally located at the Newmarket end of Gillies Avenue, Auckland. Over 100 years old, the building was awarded a category one grading by the Historic Places Trust in 1996.

The Regent Theatre takes pride of place in the lower half of Dunedin’s central Octagon reserve. It stands on the site of Dunedin’s most disastrous fire to date, which in 1879 claimed 12 lives. The remnants of this building make up part of the Regent Chambers, to which the entrance stands to the left of the Regent Theatre foyer.


The main damage to the Town Hall has been caused by land movement rather than structural problems as a result of shaking during the earthquake. The ground has settled and lateral spread has shifted the foundations of the building, with some parts of the building moving 150mm toward the river. The level of the floor in the auditorium now varies by up to 450mm.


The Hawkins Theatre - Papakura opened on the 14th July 1990 by Governor General Paul Reeves, and was an exciting step for the community as the first purpose-built facility for the arts in the District. The facility won commendation for its design in the 1990 NZIA awards, with the jury saying that while the Italianate form and size of the structure were large, the building successfully defined the public importance of the facility and its purpose.


2000 sq mtr - features include sprung Canadian maple flooring, ideal for sports, conventions and dinners. Can be separated into three sections with divider curtains. Seats 2500 theatre, 1800 for dinner and 1000 in grandstand.

TelstraClear Pacific represents the new age in events centres by combining theme, iconic architecture and functionality to showcase your event. Founders Theatre is Hamilton's iconic city venue which opened in 1962.  This proscenium arch theatre has a capcity of 1249 and is located in the scenic Boyes Park.  Founders Theatres hosts a wide range of national companies including the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra and the Royal New Zealand Ballet, international and national touring concerts, comedy and theatre.

Rainbow Springs Kiwi Wildlife Park offers that special venue to host your next private function, conference add on or incentive event.  The Park features many intimate venues that look especially magical at night.

The Gallagher Academy of Performing Arts is a multi-venue purpose built performing arts facility based on campus of the University of Waikato in Hamilton. it contains two main theatres, the Dr John Gallagher Concert Chamber and the Playhouse Theatre. The Concert Chamber is a fixed tier seating room designed principally for chamber music and recitals, but is also an excellent venue for conferences of up to 300 pax. The Playhouse Theatre is a flat-floor, multi-configurable room designed principally as a flexible theatre for drama and dance, but can also function as a large dining room for up to 200 pax, or as a dance  and live band venue.

The Civic Theatre is the major performing arts venue in Southland that benefited from a $15.8 million refurbishment in 2005. A traditional 3-tiered auditorium seats up to 1015 people. The stagehouse and dressing room block is state-of-the-art efficient, with a world-class flying system.


The Napier Municipal Theatre combines elegant art deco style with modern theatre facilities, making it one of the best provincial performing arts centres in New Zealand.

The Great Lake Centre is a versatile multi purpose venue located in the heart of the central business district featuring a theatre and exhibition hall, meeting rooms and adjacent outdoor domain.  Capable of seating up 600 people, the 576m2 exhibition area is a large versatile area used for convention, exhibitions, banquets and tradeshows. The theatre seats 358 and is suitable for touring shows and conferences and seminars.

Welcome to the Palmerston North Convention Centre - New Zealand’s first purpose built convention facility. Since opening in 1980 the Convention Centre has hosted an impressive roster of conferences, meetings, tradeshows, exhibitions, functions and events.

The Earthquakes of 4th September 2010, 22nd February, 13th June and 23rd Dec ember 2011 caused widespread damage to our Theatre and to the city of Christchurch and presented the whole Canterbury region of New Zealand with challenges that very few of us were qualified to manage, but we are continuing to work through the rebuild process amongst some of the worst devastation that our country has ever experienced.


Mangere Arts Centre - Ngā Tohu o Uenuku was designed to meet the needs of the culturally diverse and vibrant Mangere community.  The purpose-built complex nurtures and presents the diversity of arts, crafts and cultural activities that underpin the unique character of Mangere’s 60,000 people. It will be a source of great pride to Mangere and will create ways of connecting Mangere with other New Zealanders by showcasing Mangere as an important creative and cultural hub.


From January 2013, Dunedin will offer the very best in conference, exhibition and performance facilities within its fully redeveloped and upgraded Dunedin Convention and Exhibition Centre. Integrating three of New Zealand's most significant heritage buildings into a single state of the art complex, the Dunedin Centre will set a new standard with its events and meeting venues rebuilt to the highest specification.


Toll Stadium “Northland’s Premier Events Centre” is Whangarei’s newest multipurpose facility catering for conferences, meetings, dinners, weddings, festivals, concerts and sports events.

Auckland's Viaduct Events Centre is a stand-alone, multi-purpose events centre on the Halsey Street extension wharf, at the Viaduct Harbour. The Venue offers 6000m2 of exhibition, meeting and hospitality space. Check out the spectacular view from the public viewing deck!

Engineers for the Council believe the Christchurch Convention Centre has suffered so much damage due to the earhtquakes that it should be demolished. The outcome for the building has not yet been settled with insurers but discussions are progressing and an agreement expected soon.

Opened in 1990 by Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, the Aotea Centre is a stunning example of modern contemporary architecture, featuring marble foyer entrances and comfortable surrounds.

There are three venues available for public rental within the building. The Town Hall has seating capacity of 606 and is suitable for dances, conferences, displays, weddings and stage shows etc. The Frank Cody Lounge named after a former mayor of Masterton is used for a variety of functions. A large kitchen and preparation room is available to hirers. A smaller room situated on the first floor with kitchen facilities is available for small functions.


Forum North, is Northland’s top Performance, Conference and Expo centre, Located just 2 hours from central Auckland. The venue is unrivalled in Northland for its versatility and our professional staff are happy to accommodate your every need, from setting up your event to marketing it. Forum North in its entirety can be hired for large events like festivals and Expo’s, or on a smaller scale for meetings and cocktails. Staging, lighting and all technical services are available for hire and we will do anything to make your event a success.

The beautiful Oamaru Opera House stands resplendent in historic Thames Street Oamaru, New Zealand.  Built over a century ago the Oamaru Opera House is still the first choice for quality entertainment, meeting space and conferencing in  North Otago.

Located in the heart of Rotorua City, with easy walking distances from major Hotels.  The Rotorua Convention Centre has been designed specifically for Rotorua conferences, exhibitions and tradeshows.


The Opera House has been a social and entertainment venue for successive generations in Wellington. It has housed a variety of events including Opera, Drama, Public Meetings, Concerts and Ballets. Originally known as the Grand Opera House, it was designed by Melbourne Architect William Pitt and supervised by Architect Albert Liddy. Opening day was Easter Saturday in 1914.


North Harbour Stadium is the North Shore's largest sporting venue and includes the Harbour Function Centre.  Opened in 1997, our architecturally designed, 25-000 seat Stadium is purpose built for New Zealand's favourite sporting codes of rugby union, rugby league and football, and we are a popular venue for outdoor concerts and entertainment events.

Christchurch Earthquake Update - The Hadlee Stand has suffered severe earthquake damage and engineers for the Council are recommending it be demolished.  More work is required to establish the best outcomes for the Paul Kelly Stand and the Deans Stand. Both have dropped around 300-400mm as a result of the earthquakes.   Once the engineering assessments have been completed, peer reviewed and costed, negotiations with insurers will be able to be progressed. These full reports are expected to be presented to the Council in October.  At this stage we can confirm that the stadium will not be available for all of 2012.

Wellington Town Hall is an elegant building of historic significance to Wellington city. The Centennial Centre was funded by the Auckland Grammar Old Boys’ Association and was presented to the School for the purpose of extending its pupils’ education in theatre skills.

After 10 years of fundraising and 5 years of rebuilding The Theatre Royal re-opened on May 31, 2010 offering the people of Nelson and the Tasman region a fully restored heritage auditorium alongside 21st century staging and front of house facilities.


A rich history suffuses Auckland's most spectacular and prestigious music theatre and function venue.  Built in 1929, The Civic was an outstanding example of the 'atmospheric cinema' with a unique soft-top design that floats above the auditorium, allowing the famed stars effect (the effect is a recreation of the actual Southern Hemisphere skyscape). CBS Canterbury Arena is located in Christchurch's newest business hub, Addington an easy 15 minute drive from the airport.  Built in 1998, the Arena is one of the New Zealand's largest purpose-built indoor sporting and entertainment venues.
