The Entertainment Venues Association New Zealand (EVANZ) is the peak body for the nation’s entertainment venues, representing over 120 theatres, stadiums, arenas, convention centres and community event spaces. These venues are where New Zealand comes together to celebrate sport, culture, music, business and community life.

Founded in 2000, EVANZ connects over 2,500 venue professionals and more than 50 industry partners. We advocate for our sector, lead best practice, and provide training, mentoring and networking opportunities that drive professional excellence.

Our flagship Mid-Year Conference and End of Year Conference & Awards celebrate achievement and innovation, while our partnership with Australia’s Venue Management Association (VMA) strengthens international networks.
