    Baycourt Community & Arts Centre in Tauranga is looking for their next backstage superstar to join the Technical & Operations team as a full time Technician. Whether you're a school leaver or fresh into the industry you could be exactly who we're looking for!

    Some of the nuts and bolts of the role will include:

    • Setting up and operating lighting, audio, mechanical, audio visual equipment for events
    • Carrying out equipment repairs and maintenance in line with safe working practices
    • Ensuring the delivery of events run to schedule, plan, and budget

    In order to be successful, you'll be:

    • A great communicator
    • A team-player
    • Able to think on your feet and keep cool under pressure
