The role will see the successful applicant lead the delivery of technical support across Council owned venues. You will be technically astute with a background in providing technical services in theatres and other venues.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience working in an events, theatre, and functions environment
• A relevant technical qualification in audio-visual, lighting, and sound equipment
• Ability to undertake physical work
• Experience working at heights
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A professional attitude with strong communication skills.
• The ability to work outside normal working hours. (evening and weekend work required)

A relevant trade qualification will be advantageous, but not essential.
