This is a broad and hands-on operational leadership role responsible for the planning and delivery of major events across the stadium calendar. From sporting fixtures, exhibitions and concerts to community events, you’ll lead end-to-end operational planning and event delivery, ensuring events run to the highest possible standard.
Reporting to the GM Events & Operations, you’ll also provide day to day management of operational suppliers such as security and cleaning, oversee operational technology use and act as Venue Manager for many events. You’ll also play a key role in health and safety, emergency preparedness, sustainability initiatives, and operational improvements across the stadium.
This role will suit someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, practical, solutions-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for patrons, hirers, and stakeholders alike. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively across teams and with external partners, while confidently making decisions in a live event environment.
